JaEHEE Jung

Site Manager

Jaehee is our Site Manager, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. With extensive experience in site management, he leads on-site teams, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures all work aligns with project specifications and safety standards. Jay’s hands-on approach, clear communication, and strong leadership ensure efficient operations and contribute to the smooth, successful delivery of each project.

Site Engineer

Justin is our Formwork System Technical Engineer, responsible for the design, planning, and execution of safe and efficient formwork solutions. With extensive experience in foundation and structural works, he works closely with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. His technical expertise and leadership are essential in maintaining quality, minimising delays, and supporting successful project delivery.

WilliE Choi

Site Foreman

Willie Choi is our Formwork Foreman with over 15 years of experience in structural concrete and formwork. He works alongside the Site Manager to lead formwork crews, coordinate day-to-day operations, and ensure every task meets the highest standards of quality and safety. With deep knowledge of in-situ concrete and foundation systems, Willie combines technical expertise with practical leadership. His clear communication and steady approach keep site activities efficient, productive, and consistently on schedule.

Austin KIM

Formwork Supervisor

Austin is our Formwork Supervisor with two decades of experience in structural concrete and formwork. He works closely with the Site Manager to oversee formwork crews, coordinate daily operations, and ensure precise, high-quality workmanship. Austin brings deep technical knowledge in in-situ concrete and foundation systems, making sure every structure is built to specification and completed safely. His hands-on expertise, clear communication, and steady leadership keep site operations efficient, productive, and on schedule.

JACK Lee

Reinforcing Supervisor

Jack Lee is our Reinforcing Supervisor, overseeing all reinforcing steel activities from bar scheduling and procurement through installation and pre-pour inspections. He works closely with the Site Manager, engineers, and detailers to sequence work and coordinate deliveries. Known for rigorous QA, Jack verifies cover, spacing, lap/coupler lengths, and detailing against drawings to ensure compliance and safety—resolving clashes early and delivering high-quality concrete outcomes.

Paul Zhuang

Head of Residential

Paul, a Licensed Building Practitioner, has extensive experience managing multiple scale construction projects from start to finish. He specialises in project management, budget control, and regulatory compliance, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. As leading our separate residential division, Paul leads teams, coordinates stakeholders, and oversees construction, including risk, procurement, and contracts. Known for his strategic mindset and problem-solving skills, he consistently delivers successful outcomes.

Vivian Huang

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Vivian is our Senior Quantity Surveyor, with extensive expertise in cost management and project budgeting. She prepares accurate estimates, manages contracts, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. Known for her attention to detail, negotiation skills, and market insight, Vivian effectively manages resources and coordinates with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to support smooth and financially successful project delivery.

Rachel Li

Junior Quantity Surveyor

Rachel is our Junior Quantity Surveyor and also manages accounts for all Leehan entities. She prepares cost estimates, tracks budgets, and oversees contract administration to ensure financial control across our projects. In addition to her QS duties, she handles day-to-day accounting tasks, supports reporting, and maintains clear communication with suppliers and subcontractors. Her precision, reliability, and strong commercial understanding make her a key part of our delivery team.
